PowToon, an animated presentation and short video creator

Description: Powtoon is a web-based platform for creating animated presentations and videos. Users can choose from pre-designed templates, characters, props, and backgrounds to create engaging animated content such as cartoons and infographics. It offers a limited free version and requires signing up for an account for use. Powtoon was founded by Daniel Zaturansky and Ilya Spitalnik.

Evaluation: Powtoon is a useful tool for classroom presentations since it can make lessons more interactive and engaging. Both teachers and students can use it, for example, to present the results of team projects. In its free version, the length and size of videos are restricted, but they should suffice for classroom use.
