Ayoa is a collaboration tool for task management, brainstorming, and project planning. It offers three main tools: digital whiteboards, mind maps, and task boards, which can be connected and flexibly used together. Users can create to-do lists divided into three categories: now, next, and soon. It was developed by the UK-based software company OpenGenius.

Ayoa collects user data such as name, job title, department, industry, email addresses, but also platform, device and technical information for operational, analytical, and marketing purposes. It shares the aforementioned data with third parties for the purposes mentioned before, excluding marketing non-Ayoa products. It uses Google Analytics too. However, it emphasises user consent as the lawful basis for processing users' data, and it encrypts this data. Ayoa acknowledges users' rights to access, modify, and delete their data.
