ToonyTool is a web-based platform for creating custom cartoons, animations, and memes. Users can import their own files or choose from a range of tools and templates to design and customise characters, backgrounds, and scenes, which can then be animated using various features. Medium. ToonyTool collects personal data such as IP addresses, browser and device data through cookies for different purposes, among which providing personalised advertising by third parties. However, users can opt out of these cookies. ToonyTool does not sell user data to third parties for purposes other than operating the tool. It takes appropriate security measures to protect personal data, and it requires the same from third parties processing data on its behalf. It also mentions that data is deleted after a retention period of 26 months. ToonyTool acknowledges users’ rights to access, modify or delete their data. It does not state compliance with the GDPR.
