InsertLearning, Tool to personalise and embed content into websites Tool to personalise and embed content into websites

Description: Insert Learning is a web-based tool and browser extension that allows embedding interactive content into web pages. Educators can use it to insert questions, discussions, videos, annotations, and other interactive elements directly into any webpage. Once created, students can access the interactive content while browsing the webpage, engaging with the material in real time. Educators can track student progress and responses to the embedded content. Insert Learning offers both free and premium plans. To use Insert Learning, educators need to sign up for an account, but students do not have to.

Evaluation: InsertLearning is a valuable and interactive tool that can make learning with digital tools more engaging. Teachers can use InsertLearning to provide hints and insert questions on websites that help students understand and reflect on the content in different ways. For example, by highlighting/asking questions about parts of the text, inserting related videos or adding discussion topics for the whole class to get involved, students might find it easier to follow a topic. A downside of InsertLearning is that the free version limits the amount of lessons that can be created. However, the number of students that can access them is unlimited, as is access to all of InsertLearning’s features. Average IT skills required.
