Post-it

Principal function(s): Note taking

Post-it Plus is an app that helps you organize your post-its, ideas, and brainstorming sessions after team meetings or classes. With this app, one can take pictures of the post-its or papers, organize them, and share them with your class or team. Images can also be included in PowerPoint, Excel, Dropbox, and others. Evaluation: With the Post-it Plus app one can organize lessons and send them to students, or simply keep lessons organized for another time. One just has to take pictures of the notes/flipcharts/blackboard and organize them and even use images and information from different sessions. Any user with access to one's files can edit and arrange the post-its.

Medium. Post-it collects technical data, location information, and images. It shares users' information with third parties for reasonable purposes, although it allows them to use it for theirs as well on an aggregated, de-identified basis. Post-it mentions the implementation of security measures to protect user information. It also outlines several user control options, such as opting in/out of push notifications, viewing/deleting certain information within the app, and the ability to delete the app and account. Playphrase (Tool to find the pronunciation of words from movies )

Playphrase is a tool that searches specific words or phrases out of movie snippets from a database of audiovisual media with over 60,000 phrases. In this manner, it provides real-life examples of words’ and sentences’ pronunciation.
