Description: Narakeet is a tool for converting slides into narrated videos using voice technology and animations. Users input slides into the Narakeet platform, which then converts them into a narrated video or presentation. Users can customise the voice, pace, and style of narration, as well as add animations and visuals to enhance the presentation. Moreover, Narakeet also helps users turn text into audio files in more than 90 languages. Narakeet offers both free and paid plans. Users have to sign up for a Narakeet account to access the platform and its features.

Evaluation: Narakeet is a useful and time-saving tool that allows teachers to easily transform presentations into narrated videos. This can be a way to make learning materials more engaging and visual. It includes over 738 voices to choose from and 98 languages, so it is highly adaptable. However, since the voices are synthetic, they might sound somewhat robotic and unappealing at times. It could also be used to create assignments for students in which they are compelled to research a topic and deliver a presentation. However, this is not the right tool for teachers looking to improve their students’ pronunciation. Average IT skills required.
