Pingo, Privacy-friendly polling tool Privacy-friendly polling tool

Poll and survey creators

Description: Pingo is a tool that allows users to interact with audiences via live polls. Anyone with a can participate in a poll without having to log in by entering an access number. Response display is optimised depending on the device, i.e. they are adaptable to big screens. Users can see or show them in a browser or a PowerPoint presentation. Pingo is free and was developed by the University of Paderborn.

Evaluation: Pingo is a valuable tool for creating polls and surveys. Its interface is straightforward both for the creator and other participants. It emphasises user privacy. All in all, it is a handy not-for-profit tool developed by an educational institution. Basic IT skills required.

Cost: Free with registration for creators / free without registration for participants
