Participants’ profile:
Professional background
Contact Points in charge of the dissemination of the work of the ECML at national level experienced in teacher training. Teacher trainers working at national teacher training institutions or at university level. Inspectors in charge of teacher training programmes.
Experience, competences required
Experience in the organisation of dissemination and training workshops, ability to work in an international team, IT competencies at user level, knowledge of English and/or French. Good knowledge of latest developments in the area of education, in particular of proposals made by the Council of Europe. If possible, good knowledge of the concept of plural approaches. Ability to communicate online and in real time. Knowledge of German as an additional language would be appreciated.
Expected involvement/tasks before, during and after the event
Before:  Familiarise yourself (if it is not yet the case) with the documents presented by the Council of Europe on plural approaches and the instruments developed in the framework of projects supported by the ECML: CARAP; draft relevant scenarios for dissemination in your country to be discussed at the workshop.
During: draft a dissemination plan adapted to your own context which will include a national and/or a regional event, discussion of possible ways of cooperation with the network
After: contact stakeholders who can support actions to disseminate innovative language education approaches, support the network in its work at national level, participate in the organisation of training at a national level, include the project in official publications.
