Netvibes

A personalised dashboard which allows users to monitor contents of their interest. Users can create their own dashboard of information that they like to gather from websites (e.g. news sites, blogs, social media, etc.). With a free account, the service is also available on a mobile device. Registration required.

Evaluation: A great way to keep track of resources from multiple websites on a single platform. Students and/or teachers can access materials of the target language easily and organise them (e.g. language-learning sites, online dictionaries etc.). An easy and efficient way to promote autonomous learning. Basic IT skills needed.
