Fade In

Fade In is a software for writing scripts for audio video projects, such as television and radio shows, podcasts and motion pictures. The program has functions that automatically format each part of a script, such as “Scene Heading”, “Character” and “Dialogue” and it allows for group work. Already existing files can be imported into the programme and the final version of the script can be exported in several formats, such as HTML, PDF, EPUB and RTF. Fade In can be used in different languages.

Evaluation: One does not have to be an experienced user to start working with Fade In. However it is helpful to watch the tutorial in order to make full use of all the functions of the programme. Fade In allows users to quickly produce audio and video scripts of a very high quality due to its automated formatting. It could be especially useful when working on a student group project.

Cost: Free. An upgrade can be purchased with additional tools and effects. Educational pricing is availabl
