THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS CLOSED (Deadline 1. May 2007)

The European Centre for Modern Languages of the Council of Europe is now in the process of selecting proposals for its next medium term programme (2008-2011) entitled EMPOWERING LANGUAGE PROFESSIONALS: Competences - Networks - Impact - Quality.

The third medium-term programme of the Centre will address four thematic areas:

• Evaluation

• Continuity in language learning

• Content and language education

• Plurilingual education

Projects will be selected by October 2007. The first meeting of the coordinators of the new programme will take place on 15-16 November 2007 in Graz.
