Moreover, most activities on Wordwall can be used in both interactive and printable formats. Wordwall offers a limited free version and requires registration for resource creation. Wordwall was developed by Josh Smith, an educator based in the United Kingdom.

Evaluation: Wordwall is a practical and easy-to-use tool to create interactive activities for classroom use. It offers a wide variety of activities to choose from and makes learning more entertaining, while allowing teachers to assess students’ knowledge through different activity types. Furthermore, it is available in many different languages. One of Wordwall’s drawbacks is that users can create only up to 4 activities with a free account. Afterwards, activities have to be deleted to make space for new ones.
