Edmodoworld , Course organisation and assessment tool

Description: Edmodoworld is an educational website that allows teachers to share materials with students, prepare quizzes, have students collaborate on projects, give grades, and more. It can also serve the function of a virtual exchange platform where teachers can meet others, and share and exchange their knowledge and resources. It is a new and partially paid version of the old Edmodo.

Evaluation: Edmodoworld is a valuable tool for course organisation, facilitating activities, assessing, and grading. It is an excellent alternative to Moodle, especially for primary and secondary education. Parents also have (limited) access to the contents, which allows all the participants of the teaching/learning process to be actively involved and up-to-date. Average IT skills required for its use.

Cost: Free with registration + premium plans available
