How to apply

A project proposal can ONLY be submitted by a prospective project coordinator. This person MUST work in an ECML member state. As Spain is in the process of re-joining the ECML, experts working in this country are also eligible to apply.

Key steps for your project proposal


1. Read the Call brochure

2. Select a theme for your proposal

3. Explore related ECML and other Council of Europe language policy/education resources for this topic

4. Check selection criteria

5. Seek advice from your national ECML representative

6. Read FAQ on the Call website

7. Complete the proposal form
download the PDF form and save the form locally.
 

8. Submit the proposal form to

by 23:00 (CET) on Thursday 31 August 2023
