Flinga is a web-based platform for collaborative learning and sharing ideas using interactive tools. It offers two main tools: the Flinga Whiteboard and the Flinga Wall. The Flinga Whiteboard is for brainstorming content and lesson delivery, while the Flinga Wall is used for interaction with learners and for collecting feedback. Both tools facilitate real-time collaboration, enabling participants to work simultaneously. Flinga does not require participants to sign up, although session creators need an account to manage activities. It is developed by the Finnish company Nordtouch.

Very high. Flinga, operated by Nordtouch, follows key principles such as data minimization, transparency, and comprehensive user rights. Only minimal personal data (name, email, and optionally organization/country) is collected during account registration. Participants accessing sessions via shared links do not need to provide or generate personal data. Nordtouch uses necessary cookies and anonymous usage data to monitor service quality. All data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services servers within the EU, and only a small number of authorized Nordtouch technical staff can access it. In the event of a data breach, Nordtouch commits to notifying affected users and authorities within 72 hours. Registered users can manage the visibility of their boards and delete their accounts and all associated data via platform settings; this data is then permanently erased from all systems (including backups) within at least one month.
