Dropbox

Principal function(s): File sharing/syncing

Dropbox is a cloud-based file storage and sharing platform. Users upload files to their Dropbox account, which can then be accessed from any device with an internet connection. It can be used by educators to store, organise, and share files securely. It was developed by Dropbox, Inc., and it offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free version has limited storage space. Signing up for an account is required to use Dropbox.
