ToonTastic, an animated video creator for Android

Description: Toontastic is an app for creating animated cartoons. Users can choose and customise ready-made characters, backgrounds, and music to design their animations. They can then animate characters by moving them around on the screen and recording their voices to create dialogues, together with adding pictures of their faces. Toontastic is available as a free app for Android devices. It was developed by Launchpad Toys, which was later acquired by Google.
