The self-assessment tool
The self-assessment tool is to be used by the school to identify and reflect on the way the language(s) of schooling is/are effectively taken into account with an analysis of strengths and levers of progress.
The self-assessment tool provides:
an online survey with statements for five stakeholders in schooling. The statements are adapted to the five stakeholders who are the headteachers, teachers, non-teaching staff, students and parents. The statements tackle nine thematic areas*, according to which the results of the survey are organised.
a customised evaluation of the survey results so as to identify possible gaps between points of view of different stakeholders and to initiate a reflection upon the situation in the school.
