Luvvoice collects personal information such as name, username, email address, IP address and browser type, usage data and payment information if applicable provided when signing up to Luvvoice; comments, media, or content embedded from other websites by users; together with cookies for functionality and usage purposes. Luvvoice does not provide information on data sharing with third parties. It retains data for as long as necessary and then is deleted or anonymised, but more details are unfortunately not provided. Luvvoice states having appropriate technical and organisational measures for data security including encryption, access controls and security audits. It might transfer data outside the EEA, although appropriate safeguards are in place. Luvvoice acknowledges users’ rights to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the process of their data, among others. At least, for EEA users, it states compliance with the GDPR.
