Brisk Teaching is an AI-powered Chrome extension designed to assist educators with various teaching tasks. The free version includes 20 tools that work with Google Docs, Slides, YouTube, and other platforms. Teachers can create lesson plans, quizzes, presentations, and rubrics directly in their browser. Brisk Teaching also allows for personalized feedback within students' Google Docs and offers tools for adjusting text levels and translating content into over 30 languages. This makes it a useful resource for diverse classrooms and helps teachers save time on administrative tasks. Brisk Teaching is developed by a group of technologists, educators, and parents. Evaluation: Brisk Teaching is an extremely useful tool for teachers and educators. It can assist teachers with time-consuming tasks such as materials creation, feedback, and lesson planning. Moreover, it has an intuitive interface and integrates smoothly with other tools commonly used in the classroom. Brisk Teaching provides a “Use Cases” section on its website for teachers to see different examples of use in diverse contexts. To give examples, teachers can use Brisk Teaching to create a listening comprehension activity out of a YouTube video in a few minutes or put together interactive slides on a topic in several languages and levels. However, the fact that it is available only as a Chrome extension is a limitation. Overall, Brisk Teaching is a very efficient and powerful tool for teachers. It also provides a student functionality called Brisk Boost.
