Respect for privacy
Does the tool require registration? Who can see my data? Can I remain anonymous?
Very high. Tricider can be used without signing up or logging in, so it does not gather any personal data. For visitors who create an account, Tricider collects their name and email address. It also collects answers, time of replies, location data and IP address but only for operational purposes, and thus not for marketing or advertising. Tricider complies with the GDPR. See more here.

Yes; users can access a Tricider repeatedly with its URL, usually for 14 days, a time period that can be modified.
Tailorability (If so, how?)
Possibility of the tool to be used for a range of different activities (e.g. to what extent you can organize a project assignment with a central activity based on this tool)
Not much; Tricider has its own interface which cannot be tweaked much except for the information you provide, but it can be used for different purposes.
