Powtoon is a web-based platform for creating animated presentations and videos. Users can choose from pre-designed templates, characters, props, and backgrounds to create engaging animated content such as cartoons and infographics. It offers a limited free version and requires signing up for an account for use. Powtoon was founded by Daniel Zaturansky and Ilya Spitalnik.
