This module deals with the concept of interaction, as a fundamental aspect of communication that is key when considering the learners as social agents. The module is divided into sub-modules that discuss different types of interaction.

This section addresses online interaction in the Companion Volume. It deals with the concept of online interaction and with the relevance and specificities of this particular type of interaction. Furthermore, it covers the different online interaction scales in the Companion Volume and offers teachers and teacher educators sample tasks and checklists to help them put this concept into practice.
