Quizalize

Principal function(s): Quiz/exercise makers

Quizalize is a website for making quizzes. Teachers can create quizzes and share them with other teachers. They can also use quizzes made by other teachers on the website. Users can create different types of quizzes such as multiple-choice exercises, questions with scrambled letters or true or false questions. Students can then access quizzes with a code and see the questions on their devices. Teachers are able to see how each student is progressing, and they can also display the progress to the whole class. Afterwards, teachers can see which students did well and which ones need help. Students can also see their results, how much time they needed for each question as well as a list of questions, correct answers and their answers. Quizalize can be connected to Google Classroom. Evaluation: Quizalize is a great tool for making classes more interactive and fun for students. It allows teachers to have an overview of their student's progress and see which students need more help. Quizalize can be therefore also used for grading students.
