Ayoa is a digital platform that offers three different tools which can be connected in flexible ways: mind maps, a task board and a digital whiteboard. The visual approach and its filter functions can be particularly useful for working with diverse groups. Users can create interactive mind maps for brainstorming. They can change background colors and export maps as word or pdf documents and images. Users can also create time-oriented to-do lists that can be divided into three categories (now, next, soon). On the digital whiteboard users can add interactive content, such as sticky notes, check lists, flow charts or images. Ayoa also allows its users to assign tasks.
