Ayoa

Principal function(s): Digital whiteboardsMind mapping

Ayoa is a collaboration tool for task management, brainstorming, and project planning. Ayoa's three main tools are digital whiteboards, mind maps, and task boards, which can be connected and used together in flexible ways. Ayoa’s visual approach and filter functions make it particularly useful for working in groups. Users can create interactive mind maps for brainstorming and export them as Word or PDF documents or images. They can also create to-do lists that can be divided into three categories: now, next, and soon. On the digital whiteboard, users can add interactive content, such as sticky notes, checklists, flow charts, or images. They can also assign tasks to team members and track progress. Ayoa was developed by the UK-based software company OpenGenius. Signing up and having an account is required to use the tool. Evaluation: Ayoa is a practical and versatile visual task management and collaboration tool. It can be engaging and useful for learners and teachers because it provides an intuitive and visually appealing interface that makes task management and collaboration fun and interactive. Ayoa can also be used for note-taking and teamwork. Users do not need high IT skills to use Ayoa as it has a user-friendly interface and provides tutorials and support. The tool also offers mobile apps for iOS and Android, which allow users to access their tasks and projects from anywhere and at any moment.
