Screenpresso

Screenpresso is a free app that allows users to capture their entire computer screen, single windows or certain areas and edit them in order to create images and/or video tutorials. Users just need to download the app to be able to capture whatever they want in a few clicks. Evaluation: Screenpresso has a very simple interface and is a great tool for teachers to use when trying to explain something to their students in a more visual way. It is available in many languages. The only drawback is that it is only compatible with Windows.

Medium. Screenpresso collects various types of personal information, including name, address, email, phone number, gender, and IP address. It does so for different purposes, among which is marketing. It also collects Google Analytics cookies, from which users can opt-out. Screenpresso’s privacy policy mentions the use of appropriate security measures to protect user data, such as SSL for data encryption during data exchange. Playphrase is a tool that searches specific words or phrases out of movie snippets from a database of audiovisual media with over 60,000 phrases. In this manner, it provides real-life examples of words’ and sentences’ pronunciation.
