The conference "Resources for innovative approaches: The European Centre for Modern Languages in Graz" (8 February 2013 from 14:00 to 18:00, Expolangues, Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Hall 5.2) will bring together French experts involved in the work of the ECML.
Interventions will focus on issues of language education, the principles and tools of the Council of Europe on language education, the ECML contribution to language education policies, as well as the French contribution to ECML projects and the dissemination of project results in France.
A brochure on the contribution of French experts in the work of the ECML will be presented on this occasion. It identifies experts involved and the relevant ECML activities since 1995 , and presents the results of a survey conducted between July and October 2012 among these experts.
The event is organised by the General Delegation for the French Language and the Languages of France and the Department of European and International Relations and Cooperation (French Ministry of Education and Higher Education) in partnership with the Sub-directorate for linguistic diversity and French (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and the International Centre for Pedagogical Studies (CIEP).
Expolangues has been reuniting all of the participants in the linguistic market, both professional and public for more than 30 years. This year Expolangues celebrates “Digital technology for language learning”. On this occasion, new technologies and language learning key players will be gathered together, assembling the experts of the linguistic market, researchers, sociologists, publishers, and teachers…
