Caption Generator

Caption Generator allows you to add subtitles to any video available on YouTube. You could be creative by adding funny captions to a classic movie scene or use it to subtitle a video in another language. It is free and no registration is required, although your work will be publicly visible.

Evaluation: The logic of the tool is easy to grasp and it does not require users to create an account. However, the synchronization of subtitles and the audio must be done manually, which can be somewhat time consuming.

Cost: Free without registration
