High. Howjsay claims to only ask for personal information when truly needed to provide a service. In such instances, it collects it by fair and lawful means, with users’ knowledge and consent. Howjsay only retains information for as long as necessary to provide a requested service, and it protects it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Howjsay does not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.
