Prepaid tickets |

| For meetings in Graz where travel is covered by the ECML a prepaid ticket can be ordered via the Centre. In order to do so the ECML should be contacted as early as possible and before the deadline indicated in the invitation letter, indicating the airport of departure. Subsequently all arrangements will be carried out directly between the participant and the travel agency. If the Centre does not receive notification that a prepaid ticket is required by the date mentioned as deadline, it will be assumed that the participant will be making his/her own travel arrangements. Any prepaid request made after the deadline date will not be processed. All participants travelling by other means of transport (train, car, etc.) or arranging their own flights are requested to arrange their journey by the most economical route and to make use, wherever possible, of any available reduced fares (PEX, APEX, excursion, etc.). In this case, travel expenses will be reimbursed during the meeting. |
