| The ECML reimburses travel expenses (1st class rail or a reduced rate air ticket APEX) of participants invited to its events. If the invitation letters so stipulates, the ECML puts a prepaid plane ticket at the disposal of the participant. If the participant is willing to travel by other means of transport (train, car, etc.) or makes his/her own arrangement by plane, he or she must observe the relevant Council of Europe rules. |
