| As a service to the participants invited to Graz, the ECML ensures that rooms are available at a hotel in the city. Nevertheless, it is the responsibility of the participants to confirm the booking themselves by sending the hotel reservation form supplied with the invitation letter, as quickly as possible, to the hotel with a copy to the ECML. Without this step, the Centre cannot guarantee that the participants will find a room upon arrival. Participants are also welcome to make their own arrangements. In this case, they should inform the ECML. |
