Hotel rooms can be hard to find at short notice. The ECML generally pre-books rooms in a specific hotel. The name of the hotel is mentioned in the information we send to participants with the invitation letter. You still need to reserve your room in advance by returning the hotel reservation form included in the information pack directly to the hotel with a copy to us as soon as possible and before the deadline given in the invitation letter.
You will be responsible for any cancellation fees that may occur, which could be up to 80 % of the total cost. The ECML will not send you a reminder and cannot be held responsible in case you do not confirm your stay.
