This website presents a web inventory of online, interactive materials with a search engine filtering tools according to language skills, type of interaction, principal functions, etc. In addition, a MOODLE workspace for learning more about using online tools in the classroom is available.

Wheel Decide

A free online spinner tool that allows you to create your own digital wheels. Educators can use it to pick a random student in class to answer a question or participate in a classroom activity, to spin a wheel of questions, topics, or vocabulary terms or to randomly assign groups or teams. You have to fill the Choice boxes, give a name to your wheel and apply the changes. If you want to save your wheel, you have to register with your Facebook account or you can simply bookmark the URL, and your choices will be saved.

Evaluation: When you go to wheeldecide.com/, click to modify the wheel, add topics, give the wheel a title, and pick advanced options. Choices can removed after they have been landed on, color scheme can be changed, seconds to spin, and more. Wheel Decide is great to have student pick topics for presentations and projects. Teachers could also use it to pick topics for review games in class. Another option would be to randomly call on students during class time. Wheel Decide is also very useful to studying vocabulary or even assigning teams. After creating a wheel, teachers can copy the embed code to their classroom learning management system or website.
