Memrise

Memrise allows you to create "courses" which are bascially flashcards with chunks of information, and quizzes from the information on the flashcards. You can take other people's courses and quizzes. You can use it for free on your computer or on your phone, but first you have to register.

Evaluation: Memrise is an online learning community with language courses on different topics. It's built on the idea of a garden where you plant new seeds and help them grow. When you start learning a new language, you collect new words and phrases and you have to practice constantly. The process is similar to the natural process of planting, watering, growing and harvesing.

Cost: Free with registration + Paid premium plans
