Plickers

Plickers is a free application that helps you conduct polls or tests with your class, without the need for the student to use devices. Just give each student a card (a “paper clicker”), and use your Android/iOS smartphone or tablet to scan them to do instant checks-for-understanding, exit tickets, and impromptu polls. You set up the activity in advance on plickers.com and print out a card assigned to each student. Your data is automatically saved, student-by-student, at plickers.com as the cards are scanned.

Plickers is particularly useful in a setting where it is not suitable for students to use mobile devices in class. Depending on your planned activity, if your class has the use of mobile devices, you might also consider Kahoot.

Evaluation: Half-digital/analogue tool with many applications. Feedback, quizzes, test, attendance, exit-tickets etc. It can be used successfully in the classroom for testing your students or getting answers on a certain topic. You can create all the questions, the tool is highly customizable.
